§122C‑202. Applicability of Article.
This Article applies to allfacilities unless expressly provided otherwise. Specific provisions that aredelineated by the disability of the client, whether mentally ill, mentallyretarded, developmentally disabled, or substance abuser, also apply to allfacilities for that client's disability. Provisions that refer to a specificfacility or type of facility apply only to the designated facility orfacilities. (1985, c. 589, s. 2; 1989, c. 625, s. 20.)
