§ 127A‑145. Reports ofofficers.
All officers of the NationalGuard, the State defense militia, and the naval militia shall make such returnsand reports to the Governor, Secretary of Defense, or to such officers as theymay designate at such times and in such form as may from time to time beprescribed.
