§127A‑166. Prior conveyances validated.
All conveyances of realproperty made before April 20, 1949, by any municipality or county of the Stateof North Carolina to the State of North Carolina for armory purposes are herebyvalidated and ratified in every respect. (1949, c. 1066, s. 2; 1975,c. 604, s. 2.)
