§ 127A‑3. Organizedmilitia; National Guard.
The North Carolina NationalGuard, both army and air, shall consist of regularly commissioned, warrant andenlisted personnel between such ages as may be established by regulationspromulgated by the secretary of the appropriate service and shall be organized,governed, armed, equipped and have such duties and responsibilities ashereinafter provided.
