§127A‑53. Manual for Courts‑Martial.
Trials and proceedings by allcourts and boards shall be in accordance with the plans and procedures laiddown in the Manual for Courts‑Martial, United States, as shall becurrently in use by the armed forces of the United States, except as modifiedby this Chapter.
