§ 127A‑58. Sentence ofconfinement.
All courts‑martial ofthe National Guard, not in the service of the United States, including summarycourts, shall have power to sentence to confinement in lieu of fines authorizedto be imposed: Provided, that such sentences of confinement shall not exceedone day for each one dollar ($1.00) of fine authorized.
