§ 127A‑88. Manner ofordering out unorganized militia.
The Governor shall, whenordering out the unorganized militia, designate the number. He may order themout either by calling for volunteers or by draft. He may attach them to theseveral organizations of the National Guard, the State defense militia or navalmilitia, as may be best for the service.
