§127A‑89. Draft of unorganized militia.
If the unorganized militia isordered out by draft, the Governor shall designate the persons in each countyto make the draft, and prescribe rules and regulations for conducting the same.(1917, c. 200, s. 48; C.S., s. 6862; 1975, c. 604, s. 2.)
