§130A‑142. Immunity of persons who report.
A person who makes a reportpursuant to the provisions of this Article shall be immune from any civil orcriminal liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed as a result ofmaking that report. (1983, c. 891, s. 2; 1987, c. 782, s. 12.)
