§130A‑207. Cancer clinics.
The Department is authorizedto provide financial aid to sponsored cancer clinics in medical facilities andlocal health departments. The Commission shall adopt rules to establish minimumstandards for the staffing, equipment and operation of the clinics sponsored bythe Department.
