§ 130A‑251. Legislativeintent and purpose.
The intent and purpose of thisPart is to provide for the protection of the public health, safety and welfareof those persons in attendance at mass gatherings and of those persons who residenear or are located in proximity to the sites of mass gatherings or aredirectly affected by them.
