§ 130A‑309.111. (Effective July 1, 2009, and expiring October 1, 2023) Purpose.
The purpose of this Part is toprovide units of local government with the authority, funding, and guidanceneeded to provide for the efficient and proper identification, deconstruction,recycling, and disposal of abandoned manufactured homes in this State. (2008‑136, s. 1.)
