§130A‑349. Control of outbreaks.
In the event of potential ordocumented outbreaks of vector‑ borne disease as determined by theSecretary, the Secretary is authorized to use all appropriate means, includingthe expenditure of unallocated mosquito control funds, to prevent or suppressthe outbreaks. (1983, c. 891, s. 2.)
