§ 130A‑453.06. Renewalof certification.
A certification of anindividual or a firm issued under this Article expires on the last day of the12th month after the certification is issued. A certification may be renewed bypaying the renewal fee and meeting any standards for renewal, such as refreshertraining, established by the Commission. (1997‑523, s. 1.)
