§130A‑45.11. Confidentiality of competitive health care information.
Information relating tocompetitive health care activities by or on behalf of public health authoritiesshall be confidential and not a public record under Chapter 132 of the GeneralStatutes; provided that any contract entered into by or on behalf of a publichealth authority shall be a public record unless otherwise exempted by law.
