§ 130A‑465. AdvanceHealth Care Directive Registry establishment.
The Secretary of State shallestablish and maintain a statewide, on‑line, central registry for advancehealth care directives. The registry shall be accessible over the Internetthrough a site maintained by the Secretary of State. (2001‑455, s. 1; 2001‑513,s. 30(b).)
