§ 131D‑27. Confidentiality.

The Department of Health andHuman Services is authorized to inspect residents' records maintained at thefacility when necessary to investigate any alleged violation of the declarationof the residents' rights. The Department of Health and Human Services shallmaintain the confidentiality of all persons who register complaints with theDepartment of Health and Human Services and of all records inspected by theDepartment of Health and Human Services.
