§ 131E‑100. Title; purpose.
(a) This Part shall be known as the "Nursing Home LicensureAct."
(b) The purpose of the Nursing Home Licensure Act is toestablish authority and duty for the Department to inspect and license privatenursing homes. (1983, c. 775, s.1.)
