§ 131E‑266. Compliance history provider file.
The Department of Health and Human Services shall establish andmaintain a provider file to record and monitor compliance histories offacilities, owners, operators, and affiliates of nursing homes and adult carehomes. (1999‑334, s. 3.8.)
