§ 131E‑293. Rates.
Rates charged by provider sponsored organizations to the Medicareprogram and charges by PSOs and sponsoring providers for items or services tobeneficiaries shall be governed by the terms of the PSO's Medicare contract. (1998‑227, s. 1.)
