§ 131E‑309. Filings and reports as publicdocuments.
Except for information that constitutes a bona fide trade secret,proprietary information or competitively sensitive information of a sponsoringprovider or parent of a sponsoring provider, all applications, filings, andreports required under this Article shall be treated as public documents.
