§135‑25. Rules and regulations.
The State agency shall makeand publish such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions ofthis Article, as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficientadministration of the functions with which it is charged under this Article. (1951,c. 562, s. 3.)
