§ 135‑45.7. Priorapproval procedures.
The Executive Administratorand Board of Trustees may establish procedures to require prior medicalapproval and may implement the procedures after consultation with the Committeeon Employee Hospital and Medical Benefits. (2008‑168, s. 3(l).)
