§136‑102.5. Signs on fishing bridges.
When requested to do so by anycounty or municipality that has enacted an ordinance under G.S. 153‑9(66)and 160‑200(47) regulating or prohibiting fishing on any bridge of theNorth Carolina State highway system, the Department of Transportation shallerect signs on such bridges indicating the prohibition or regulation of theordinance enacted under G.S. 153‑9(66) and 160‑200(47).
