§136‑154. Alternate control.
In addition to any otherprovisions of this Article, the Department of Transportation shall have theauthority to acquire by purchase, gift, exchange, or condemnation, suchinterests in real property as may be necessary to control the establishment andmaintenance of junkyards in accordance with the policy, standards andregulations set out herein.
