§136‑16.5. Purposes for continuing aviation appropriations.
The continuing aviationappropriations authorized by G.S. 136‑16.4 shall be used in accordancewith the provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 63 of the General Statutes. (1987,c. 738, s. 170(a).)
