§136‑16.7. Purposes for continuing rail appropriations.
The continuing railappropriation authorized by G.S. 136‑16.6 shall be used in accordancewith the provisions of Article 2D of Chapter 136 of the General Statutes. (1987,c. 738, s. 170(a).)
