§136‑24. Rights of parties.
The parties to such specialproceeding shall have all the rights which are secured to similar parties byArticle 1 of Chapter 146 of this Code and shall be regulated by the provisionsthereof and amendments thereto, insofar as the same are not inconsistentherewith. (1925, c. 85, s. 6.)
