§ 136‑27.2. Relocationof county‑owned natural gas lines located on Department of Transportationright‑of‑way.
The Department ofTransportation shall pay the nonbetterment cost for the relocation of county‑ownednatural gas lines, located within the existing State transportation projectright‑of‑way, that the Department needs to relocate due to a Statetransportation improvement project.
