§ 136‑28.12. Litterremoval coordinated with mowing of highway rights‑of‑way.
The Department ofTransportation shall, to the extent practicable, schedule the removal ofdebris, trash, and litter from highways and highway rights‑of‑wayprior to the mowing of highway rights‑of‑way. The Department ofTransportation shall include as a term of any contract that it enters into forthe mowing of a highway right‑of‑way that the contracting partyshall, to the extent practicable, coordinate with the scheduled removal ofdebris, trash, and litter from the highway and highway right‑of‑wayprior to the mowing of the highway right‑of‑way.
