§ 136‑32.3. Litterenforcement signs.
The Department ofTransportation shall place signs on the Interstate Highway System notifyingmotorists of the penalties for littering. The signs shall include the amount ofthe maximum penalty for littering. The Department of Transportation shalldetermine the locations of and distance between the signs. (2001‑512, s. 4.)
