§ 136‑44.37. Departmentto provide nonfederal matching share.
The Department ofTransportation upon approval by the Board of Transportation and the Director ofthe Budget may provide for the matching share of federal rail revitalizationassistance programs through private resources, county funds or Stateappropriations as may be provided by the General Assembly.
