§ 136‑5.1. Transportation system.
For the purpose of thisChapter, transportation system is defined as all modes of transportationinfrastructure owned and maintained by the North Carolina Department ofTransportation, including roads, highways, rail, ferry, aviation, publictransportation, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
