§ 136‑89.195.  Internetreport of funds expended.

The Department shall publishand update annually on its Internet web site a record of all expenditures ofthe Authority for highway construction, maintenance, and administration. Therecord shall include a total expenditure amount by county. For each TurnpikeProject, the record shall include a readily identifiable project name orlocation, the nature of the project, the amount of the project, the contractorfor the project, the date of project letting, and the actual or expectedproject completion date.
