§ 136‑89.196. Removalof tolls.
The Authority shall, uponfulfillment of and subject to any restrictions included in the agreementsentered into by the Authority in connection with the issuance of theAuthority's revenue bonds, remove tolls from a Turnpike Project. (2002‑133, s. 1.)
