§ 136‑89.59A. Promotionof North Carolina farm products at rest areas and welcome centers.
Subject to the approval of theDepartment, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may distributepromotional materials and free samples of North Carolina farm products at restareas and welcome centers located on controlled‑access facilities andoperated by the State for the purpose of promoting North Carolina farmproducts.
