§ 138A‑11. Identify andpublish names of covered persons and legislative employees.
The Commission shall identifyand publish at least quarterly a listing of the names and positions of allindividuals subject to this Chapter as covered persons or legislativeemployees. The Commission shall also identify and publish at least annually alisting of all boards to which this Chapter applies. This listing may bepublished electronically on a public Internet Web site maintained by theCommission. (2006‑201,s. 1; 2008‑213, s. 56.)
