§ 138A‑9. Staff andoffices.
The Commission may employprofessional and clerical staff, including an executive director. TheCommission shall be located within the Department of Administration foradministrative purposes only, but shall exercise all of its powers, includingthe power to employ, direct, and supervise all personnel, independently of theSecretary of Administration, and is subject to the direction and supervision ofthe Secretary of Administration only with respect to the management functionsof coordinating and reporting.
