§ 14‑159.10. Enforcement of Article by peace officers; wildlife protectors authorized toexecute process.
This Article may be enforcedby deputy sheriffs and other peace officers with general subject matterjurisdiction. Law‑enforcement officers of the North Carolina WildlifeResources Commission may execute process issued by the court for violations ofthis Article. (1979, c. 830, s. 11.)
