§ 14‑244. Failing tofile report of fines or penalties.
If any officer who is by lawrequired to file any report or statement of fines or penalties with the countyboard of education shall fail so to do at or before the time fixed by law forthe filing of such report, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
