§ 14‑266.  Persuadinginmates to escape.

It shall be unlawful for anyparent, guardian, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, or any person whatsoever topersuade or induce to leave, carry away, or accompany from any State institution,except with the permission of the superintendent or other person next inauthority, any boy or girl, man or woman, who has been legally committed oradmitted under suspended sentence to said institution by juvenile, recorder's,superior or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
