§14‑27.10. Evidence required in prosecutions under this Article.
It shall not be necessary uponthe trial of any indictment for an offense under this Article where the sex actalleged is vaginal intercourse or anal intercourse to prove the actual emissionof semen in order to constitute the offense; but the offense shall be completedupon proof of penetration only. Penetration, however slight, is vaginalintercourse or anal intercourse. (1979, c. 682, s. 1.)
