§ 14‑309.20. Greyhoundracing prohibited.
(a) No person shallhold, conduct, or operate any greyhound races for public exhibition in thisState for monetary remuneration.
(b) No person shalltransmit or receive interstate or intrastate simulcasting of greyhound racesfor commercial purposes in this State.
(c) Any person whoviolates this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1998‑212,s. 17.16(d).)
