§14‑363.2. Confiscation of cruelly treated animals.
Conviction of any offensecontained in this Article may result in confiscation of cruelly treated animalsbelonging to the accused and it shall be proper for the court in its discretionto order a final determination of the custody of the confiscated animals. (1979,c. 640.)
