§ 14‑50.20. Threats ofpunishment or retaliation.
(a) It is unlawful forany person to communicate a threat of injury to a person, or to damage theproperty of another, as punishment or retaliation against a person for havingwithdrawn from a criminal street gang.
(b) A violation of thissection is a Class H felony. (2008‑214, s. 3.)
