§ 140-10. Counties and municipalities authorized to make contributions.

§140‑10.  Counties and municipalities authorized to make contributions.

The governing body of anycounty or incorporated municipality is hereby authorized and empowered toappropriate and make voluntary contributions out of nontax funds to the NorthCarolina Symphony Society. (1953, c. 1212.)
