§140‑10.1. Exempt from certain taxes.
The North Carolina SymphonySociety, Incorporated, shall be exempt from all privilege license and grossreceipts taxes, whether imposed by Article 2, Schedule B, Chapter 105 of theNorth Carolina General Statutes, or otherwise. (1969, c. 100.)
