§ 143-109. Directors to elect officers and employees.

§ 143‑109. Directors to elect officers and employees.

All officers and employees of the various State institutions who holdelective positions shall be nominated and elected by the board of directors ofthe respective institutions. (1907, c. 883, s. 3; C.S., s. 7518.)
