§ 143‑113. Tradingby interested officials forbidden.
The directors, stewards, and superintendents of the State institutionsshall not trade directly or indirectly with or among themselves, or with anyconcern in which they are interested, for any supplies needed by any suchinstitutions. (1907, c. 883, s.2; C.S., s. 7521.)
