§ 143‑124. Suit byAttorney General; venue.
At the request of the institution, all actions and suits shall beprosecuted by the Attorney General. The institution shall have the right toselect the venue of the action. (1925, c. 120, s. 8; 1985, c. 508, s. 11.)
